Who we work with
We at the jHub are deeply grateful to Lizzy for her support, candour and advice. Last month we set about identifying world-class experts to speak to our team about mental health, resilience and thriving during the COVID-19 lockdown. We wanted to provide them with the tools and mechanisms to meet the challenges of working from home, isolation, home-schooling and maintaining functionality and output under extreme circumstances. Lizzy was an obvious choice for this endeavour, and the session she delivered to the jHub team was absolutely brilliant. Lizzy is deeply and refreshingly honest, speaks with a huge amount of credibility and empathy and provides useful concise advice and guidance. She has a unique approach which is accessible to a wide audience with a variety of needs, and her delivery is understanding and supportive without being invasive. I know the team gained a huge amount from her input which they have been able to implement, and I would strongly endorse her for any teams looking for similar support.
